Villa 48 is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the villa, including the pool terrace and bathrooms. However, smoking/vaping is allowed outside the house.

Large gatherings, events, or photoshoots are not permitted unless explicitly included

in your reservation agreement. Unauthorized use of the property for non-residential or

commercial purposes, or the presence of unregistered guests, will result in immediate

action.
