Villa 48 is a renovation of a 330 sqm 2-Story house located in West Jakarta, Indonesia. The architect and interior designer, Insada Design Team, created a facelift on the façade to embody a modernized expression, while maintaining existing house structure.

Bold simple facade lines and contrasting painted monochromatic colors were used to accentuate the different house. Aesthetically the minimalist house combined both plain massing with the texture of vertical aluminum extrusions

Minimal House Renovation for Maximum Impact

The interior is thoughtfully crafted to captivate guests from the moment they arrive, featuring an indoor sunken pool with a stunning that's open to the outdoors. This unique centerpiece seamlessly connects to a spacious living area that integrates dining and seating spaces. This open common space is designed for groups to gather and connect.

The villa is designed to maximize fresh air circulation and is bathed in natural light throughout. Each room is also adorned with modern, minimalist furniture, striking the perfect balance between comfort and contemporary style.
